Welcome to Lakeside By Pedestal. By making a reservation, staying at the hotel or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Lakeside By Pedestal.

Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation. The hotel reserves the right to contact guests to verify booking or payment details where necessary.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 12:00pm

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guests who require a late check-out should contact the Front Office in advance.

3. Occupancy

The standard maximum occupancy is two adults per room/suite, unless otherwise agreed by the hotel.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information about the number of people staying in the room.

4. Payment

Guests must settle applicable accommodation and service charges according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

The hotel may require a deposit, advance payment or valid payment guarantee depending on the booking.

5. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

Late cancellations attract 30% of the total deposit paid, while no-shows attract 100% forfeiture of the total deposit paid, unless different terms were agreed at the time of booking.

6. Hotel Facilities and Services

Hotel facilities and services are subject to availability and may occasionally be affected by maintenance, safety requirements, operational issues or circumstances outside the hotel’s reasonable control.

Available facilities and services include accommodation, restaurant, lobby bar, gym and fitness centre, swimming pool, car park, Wi-Fi, laundry services, airport pick-up and car hire, subject to applicable charges and availability.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Treat hotel staff, other guests and hotel property with respect
• Follow reasonable hotel safety and security instructions
• Keep their room and hotel property in good condition
• Avoid behaviour that disturbs other guests
• Comply with applicable laws and hotel rules

Guests may be charged for damage to hotel property caused by them or members of their party, subject to applicable law.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while staying at the hotel.

Please contact the Front Office regarding valuables, lost property or any security concerns.

9. Safety and Security

For the safety of our guests, staff and property, security measures may be in place within the hotel, including CCTV monitoring in appropriate public areas.

Guests must comply with reasonable security procedures and instructions.

10. Events and Functions

The hotel’s event facilities may be booked for weddings, seminars, conventions, child dedications and other functions.

Separate terms, deposits, payment schedules and cancellation conditions may apply to event and group bookings.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, room rates, facilities, services, availability and other information may change without notice.

12. Third-Party Services

Lakeside By Pedestal may work with third-party providers for services such as transportation, airport pick-up, car hire, payment processing and online bookings.

Where a service is provided by a third party, its own terms may also apply.

13. Privacy

Personal information provided to Lakeside By Pedestal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings unless otherwise stated.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
